Who we are

Rackhand is a product of Omni Cyber Solutions LLC.

What we collect

• Your account details (name and email) when you sign up with Google, Apple or email.
• Your listings, photos and sales data, so we can create and manage your listings.
• Marketplace connections you choose to add, using each marketplace's official authorisation. We never ask for your marketplace passwords.

How we use it

• Only to run the features you use: writing and posting listings, syncing sales, your morning brief and reply drafts.
• Nothing is posted, sent or accepted on your behalf without your approval.
• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

We aim to store your data in Australia. Some services we rely on, such as AI processing, may handle data overseas. We'll list them in the full policy.

Your choices

You can disconnect a marketplace, export your data or delete your account at any time.
